Integration

I care deeply about the formation of the whole person, whether that involves my children, church members, clients, or students. I initially became interested in integrating psychology and theology because I believed they were inseparable. I have always appreciated Fuller’s deep root in the evangelical faith tradition, while remaining current and relevant by actively engaging in the contemporary society. It is not easy to balance both sides, but I have been grateful that more than 30 years ago, when I attended Fuller as a student, many professors taught me to think critically with both my head and heart. This ultimately allowed me to honestly wrestle with tough life issues, rather than settling for simple answers. I am honored to be a part of Fuller community and to have the opportunity to give back what I received to the next generation of leaders for God’s kingdom.
